　　这一年，我们聚势谋远，驱动产业革新浪潮。积极响应国家“十四五”智能化、绿色化发展战略，我们在自动化港口、数字化供应链、人工智能前沿技术应用等领域的解决方案日臻成熟，并开始在“一带一路”关键节点展现其变革性价值。从实体物流到数据流，我们正致力于构建更加智能、高效、透明的全球互联互通新范式。

　　To Our Esteemed Partners and Colleagues Across the Globe,

　　As the chapters of time turn and a new scroll of history unfolds, at this moment bidding farewell to 2025 and welcoming the advent of 2026, including the upcoming New Year and Spring Festival, I wish to extend, on behalf of all colleagues at the SCO Yongding Group and in my personal capacity, our most sincere gratitude and heartfelt greetings to our partners and friends spanning 26 countries across five continents, with whom we have diligently worked side by side.

　　Looking back on 2025, we witnessed together a world progressing amidst transformation, nurturing new opportunities within challenges. The global economic landscape underwent profound evolution, technological advancement surged forward with each passing day, and sustainable development solidified into a universal consensus. Against this magnificent backdrop of our era, the SCO Yongding Group has steadfastly adhered to its core development philosophy of "Leading with New Quality, Achieving Common Prosperity." Standing united in purpose with our valued partners, we have navigated the vast oceans of the global economy, achieving solid and encouraging progress across our various undertakings.

　　This year, we consolidated our foundations, fortifying the long embankment of energy security. Our domestic strategic project encompassing the full natural gas industry chain, with an investment scale of tens of billions, advanced steadily. Key milestones were reached in its first phase, demonstrating the robust viability of the clean and efficient coal utilization technological pathway. Our global operations across 318 mining resource sites remained stable, while the deployment of green energy projects continued to expand. Our maritime fleet and air cargo fleet, navigating the world's major sea lanes and flight routes, served as dynamic links, delivering resources, products, and trust to all corners of the globe, injecting solid strength into safeguarding regional energy security and enhancing the resilience and stability of global supply chains.

　　This year, we gathered momentum and planned for the long term, driving waves of industrial innovation. In active response to the national "14th Five-Year Plan" strategies for intelligent and green development, our solutions in areas such as automated ports, digital supply chains, and cutting-edge AI technology applications matured steadily. These solutions have begun to demonstrate their transformative value at key nodes along the Belt and Road. From physical logistics to data flows, we are committed to constructing a new paradigm for global connectivity that is more intelligent, efficient, and transparent.

　　This year, we fostered ecological synergy, expanding the frontiers of diversified collaboration. The Group's fourteen major sectors—including energy, technology, finance, logistics, advanced manufacturing, and international trade—generated fresh dynamism through deep integration, creating a powerful strategic synergy. The industry-finance integration model continued to deepen and take root, while innovative models such as barter trade opened new spaces for cross-border cooperation. The industrial-financial ecosystem network we have woven together with partners from all sides has not only created substantial commercial value but also actively fulfilled our corporate responsibility in building a community with a shared future for mankind by promoting employment, technology transfer, standards alignment, and cultural exchanges.

　　All these achievements stem from the rock-solid mutual trust, persistent collaboration, and profound camaraderie shared between us and our partners. Whether you are a long-standing ally who has weathered storms with us or a new companion joining our journey, your wisdom, resources, and commitment have been the most invaluable ballast and the strongest driving force propelling the SCO Yongding Group forward on its voyage.
